Sketching and visual inspiration, as well as the pursuit of appealing outcomes fuel my design process.

My ideas start as loose sketches that let me explore freely before refining them digitally. As each project develops, I integrate thoughtful feedback from peers and tutors,

A self-directed project, I wanted to design a canned cocktail brand. The objective of this brand is to be pre drinking essential targeting young adults and uni students. The name Cheeky's came from my love for cocktails and saying "I could have a cheeky cocktail" or "I may be cheeky and have a drink".

Using the 'y' in Cheeky's to make a spilling cocktail glass ties together the product with the branding. My thought about promotion for Cheeky's were inspired from my experience, as a uni student in clubs and pubs. Workers tend to have merch or uniforms that promote particular alcohol brands, also give out merch like bucket hats. Packaging linked into a cocktail glass and ingredients in a fun illustrative way.

This was my interpretation making something beachy, clean and appealing. I created a pattern that could be used across mediums, for social media backgrounds and packaging. Tide is affordable yet great quality unisex beachwear.

For a competition design brief for Creative Conscience, I designed a campaign for reproductive rights, specifically focusing on protecting them in the UK and not following in the footsteps of other places. I explored different mediums, ideas and locations to tie the campaign together to get reach and engagement with it.

I utilised shocking and thought sparking visuals to help express the gravity of the campaign. I won a Highly Commended award within the human rights category, I'm very proud of this and it's featured on the Creative Conscience website.

I tend to start my design process by note taking and sketching initial ideas from a brief, following with research to get an understanding on what/who I'm designing for.

Once I've made a connection to a design direction, I face trial and error until not only have I met the clients needs but also have boosted the product/project where possible.
